Key Responsibilities

As a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support to our Japanese-speaking clientele while driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English. + Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a courteous and professional manner. + Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and proactive follow-up.

Sales Support:
