Job Summary
As a Mail and Chat Agent at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support and sales services to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services through various communication channels. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or our system, responding promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Sell our products and services to customers, utilizing your sales skills and knowledge to meet or exceed sales targets
- Respond to and resolve all tickets on our system, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* At least 1 year of technical experience in a hosting company, preferably with a background in customer support or sales
- Proven experience as a customer service representative, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Maximum age of 30 years
- Sales experience is highly preferred, but not essential
- Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred, but not required
- Graduates only
- Both males and females are welcome to apply
Work Conditions
* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (working from the office) or 5:30 pm to 2:00 am (working from home)
- 2 days off per month, with the option to change every month
- Work from office in Nasr city
- One-month paid training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role
