Job Description

As a part-time Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in connecting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use various communication channels to assist careerzynith customers, including phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Create resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant careerzynith departments when necessary
  • Collaborate with careerzynith vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer service effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with careerzynith's products, services, and policies, and be able to advise customers on their inquiries
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, with overtime as needed

Qualifications:

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

  • Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
  • Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
