Job Responsibilities
As a Pricing and Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Calling retail and service providers to obtain pricing on services across the country
* Maintaining a positive and friendly tone throughout all interactions
* Accurately recording call details and customer responses in a timely manner
* Meeting performance goals and call quotas, while adhering to careerzynith's high standards of customer service
* No selling – we're focused on providing exceptional customer experiences, not making sales pitches
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
* A self-starter mentality, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances
* Basic computer skills, including the ability to copy and paste, enter data into Google Sheets, and use Google for researching store numbers and information
* A reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi or otherwise) and a quiet workspace
* The ability to take direction and adapt to change, while maintaining a positive attitude
* Previous call and customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Compensation and Benefits
As a Pricing and Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you can expect:
* A starting pay rate of $12 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance
* A flexible schedule, allowing you to work between 8 am and 8 pm Monday-Friday EST, and 8 am-2 pm on Saturday EST
* The option to work on and off at any time during the day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
* A 1099 employee status, with the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home
