Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors to optimize swift and accurate capturing.
  • Organizing information in a manner that ensures swift and accurate capturing, and creating accurate spreadsheets.
  • Entering and updating information into relevant databases, ensuring data is backed up, and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval and handling additional duties from time to time.
Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
