Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company databases and computer systems. You'll work closely with our data team and Data Manager to ensure the seamless operation of our data management systems. If you have previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position, you'll be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and entering data into databases with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
  • Compiling, verifying, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities
  • Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Scan documents and print files as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines and scanners
  • High typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is an asset
