What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
  • A USB wired headset (optional)
  • A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.)
