Job Summary

As an Apple Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, advising and selling Apple products, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will work closely with your store team members to foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity, and you will be provided with training to ensure your success. Your success will be measured by team and individual productivity, as well as overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by uncovering customers' needs and providing meaningful solutions

  • Advise and sell Apple products to customers, including setting up and configuring devices
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including staying up-to-date on new products and features
  • Work closely with store team members to foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity
  • Perform other roles within the store, including maintaining visual merchandising and assisting team members
  • Stay on top of news about products and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Agility to learn new products and features with an interest in technology, particularly Apple products

  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction
  • Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical school preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
