Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Government and Corporate Affairs team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel on careerzynith, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional support to our clients. If you're a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell air travel on careerzynith to government and corporate clients
  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
  • Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
  • Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer

What You'll Need for Success:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE
  • Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
  • Ability to demonstrate high-level initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
  • Satisfactory attendance required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of air travel industry regulations and policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
