Night Shift Help Center Rep

We are seeking a skilled and reliable text Help Center Representative to join our parking team. As a member of the Help Center team, you will be responsible for coordinating payments and the timely release of customer vehicles in impound, ensuring that drivers and parking attendants are dispatched efficiently and effectively. You will assist residents of contracted properties with obtaining permits and/or permit questions. You will be responsible for managing incoming messages, tracking releases, and communicating and updating customers. You may choose to either work from home or from our Provo headquarters. Schedule: Part time 16–20 hours weekly Shift: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM Peak season shifts may extend to 4:00 AM Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming text messages from customers and clients to process reserved stall towing requests, boot/tow releases, temporary permit authorization.
• Assisting residents with permit questions
• Coordinating with tow drivers and parking attendants to ensure timely responses to customers
• Updating customers on estimated times of arrival.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Computer Savvy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Friendly, capable, & self-motivated
• Clean Criminal History
• Fast Internet / Computer Access
• Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
