The Northeast team includes a core group of senior professionals who support work across ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, and CT. Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing government construction projects from planning through closeout
- Supporting multiple projects across New England with minimal travel required
- Coordinating with federal, state, and municipal stakeholders
- Tracking project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Utilizing Procore and Microsoft Office for reporting and project controls
- Participating in onsite walkthroughs and milestone meetings as needed
- Communicating regularly with senior leadership and field partners
- Ensuring compliance with government standards and contract requirements

- 3 or more years of experience as an APM or PM in construction
- Prior government or public sector project experience preferred
- Commercial construction background also considered
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Procore and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work remotely while managing multiple stakeholders
- Located in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island to be able to travel to project sites
- MUST be able to pass a background check
