The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional assistance to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously and maintain accurate records

  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Flexible availability, including potential evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
