As a Remote Customer Support Analyst within careerzynith’s Customer Analytics division, you will be the backbone of our Client Investigation Center (CIC). Your work will ensure that internal stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and secure customer data that drives product enhancements, marketing strategies, and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Quality & Entry: Drive the end‑to‑end process for data ingestion, validation, and entry to create a reliable foundation for internal analytics and decision‑making.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Define, document, and continuously improve methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and SOPs for the Client Investigation Center.
  • Tool Development & Scaling: Build and scale tools that meet the security and privacy requirements of internal teams handling sensitive customer information.
  • KPI Management: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators that measure the effectiveness and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay current on emerging trends in customer behavior analytics, data security, and privacy regulations; identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, careerzynith Interface, Data Engineering, careerzynith+, and Marketing teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer insight solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all data handling practices align with internal policies, GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy frameworks.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the analytics community.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in data entry, data quality assurance, or customer analytics within a large‑scale retail or e‑commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement data‑driven processes that improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for secure data handling.
  • Proficiency with data‑management tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
