Remote Jr. Electrical Engineer

The Opportunity As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will transition from theory to practice by providing design services for complex industrial facilities. You won't just be behind a desk; you'll be learning how to power the infrastructure that sustains our communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Design: Assist in designing power distribution, grounding, lighting, motor controls, and automation systems.
- Technical Drawing: Develop detailed electrical systems using AutoCAD.
- Specialized Analysis: Support and perform arc flash and coordination studies for electrical distribution.
- Professional Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends through employer-paid continuing education courses.

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) OR an Associate's in Electrical Design with 2+
years of experience.
- Experience: 0-2 years (New grads are encouraged to apply!).
- Software Skills: Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to be trained in industry-standard software like SKM or ETAP.
- Technical Foundation: A basic understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
