Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of virtual event planning, from initial concept to post-event analysis. Manage online event platforms, ensuring smooth technical execution and attendee engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure speakers, develop content, and manage promotional activities. Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and operational plans. Provide technical support and guidance to speakers and attendees during live events. Monitor event performance metrics and provide comprehensive post-event reports. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in virtual event management.

Requirements

Proven experience in event coordination, with a strong focus on virtual or online events. Familiarity with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, Hopin, Bizzabo). Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media promotion for events. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality virtual experiences. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively in real-time. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
