Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Technical Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing expert technical direction and resolution for fountain dispensers, vending, and coolers via phone, email, or other channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert technical direction and resolution for fountain dispensers, vending, and coolers via phone, email, or other channels
- Offering support to field service technicians, processing parts orders, and responding to general technical inquiries
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate service calls and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilizing your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Providing 24/7 support, 365 days a year, to ensure our customers receive the assistance they need, whenever they need it
Requirements for Success:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- At least 5+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong knowledge of equipment installation requirements, dispensing equipment installation principles, and customer communication software systems
- Advanced troubleshooting skills, with experience in Freestyle platforms and National Food Service customers (highly desirable)
- Basic to advanced computer skills, with the ability to work in a virtual environment
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply
