Workfront Programming lead

Labcorp is seeking a Workfront Programmer Lead I to join our team at IND - Bengaluru - BuzzWorks at Brigade Twin Towers, 5th Floor, Crest Block - Ward No. 38, No. 11/1-4, Pipeline Road HMT, Yeshwanthpur. Work Schedule PM Shift Job Responsibilities Workfront Administration Configure and maintain Workfront objects: projects, templates, portfolios, custom forms, queue topics, and request flows. Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and layout templates. Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and text-mode filters/views to support team and executive insights. Ensure adherence to governance standards, naming conventions, and compliance requirements. Support Workfront releases by testing and validating new functionality. Provide end-user support and troubleshoot workflow or configuration issues. Develop calculated fields for data capture and automation. Fusion Automation & Integration Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate repetitive processes and integrate with external systems. Optimize existing Fusion scenarios for efficiency, error handling, and scalability. Implement API integrations, data validation, logging, and exception handling in automation flows. Collaborate with end users and other teams to identify new automation opportunities. Maintain documentation of all Fusion workflows and integrations. Monitor and troubleshoot Fusion workflows to ensure data consistency across connected systems. Reporting & Analytics Develop dashboards and reports to track project performance and resource allocation. Provide actionable insights to improve workload management and operational efficiency. Training & SME Role Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workfront Fusion within the organization. Train end-users and provide first-line support for automation and reporting issues.

Minimum Qualifications

B Tech in Technology Preferred Qualifications 4 years of Adobe Workfront administration experience (system setup, queue configuration, reporting). 2 years of Adobe Workfront Fusion experience (automation design, integration building, error handling). Additional Job Standards Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and workflow principles. Proficiency in text mode reporting and Workfront API fundamentals. Familiarity with APIs and data mapping in Fusion. Ability to document technical processes and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
