Essential Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently
  • Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Entering application data, responding to online chat inquiries, and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to full attendance and performance
  • A minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A background check and drug test within 3 days of hire

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, are also a plus.
