What You’ll Do Meet with individuals and families to help identify financial goals and priorities Educate clients on protection planning, retirement strategies, and financial concepts Build and maintain long-term client relationships Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs Develop your business through networking, referrals, and community outreach Work alongside experienced mentors while building your own practice Who We’re Looking For Self-motivated and growth-oriented individuals Strong communicators who enjoy helping others Coachable professionals willing to learn new skills Individuals comfortable working independently and remotely Sales, customer service, management, education, healthcare, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required Individuals interested in personal and professional development
Requirements
Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (guidance provided) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass any licensing requirements applicable to the position
